SAME is Proud to show "XXY", a 2007 Argentine film written and directed by Lucía Puenzo. The film stars Ricardo Darín, Valeria Bertuccelli, Inés Efron and Martín Piroyansky.

It tells the story of Alex, a 15-year-old intersex person, the way her family copes with her condition and the ultimate decision that she must eventually make as she finds her gender identity.

In an office on the outskirts of Kampala, the veteran activist David Kato works to repeal Uganda's homophobic laws and liberate his fellow lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender men and women, or "kuchus." But Kato’s formidable task just became more difficult.

Help San Diego Audubon get ready for Least Tern nesting season!

With your help, we’re working to remove invasive plants from North Fiesta Island to promote nesting by the California Least Tern (an endangered species) and create space for native coastal dune plants. Plus, we get to go into an off-limits area on Fiesta Island!
