Meetings are free and take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Joyce Beers Community Center in Hillcrest (4065 Vermont St. San Diego, CA 92103). Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us!

On Saturday, April 1st, 2017, from 9:30 am -12:30 pm, join San Diego Audubon as we remove invasive plants from North Fiesta Island to protect native sand dune plants and restore nesting habitat of the endangered California Least Tern!

The meeting location will be on the northern edge of Fiesta Island in Mission Bay:

Come help manage invasive plants in Mission Bay to protect endangered birds!

We will be working to remove invasive plants from Stony Point. We’re doing this to promote nesting by the California Least Tern (an endangered species) and to create space for native coastal dune plants.

On August 21, 2005, during the week of the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, an historic concert took place in the city of Ramallah, in the Palestinian Territory, given by a world-class orchestra of young Arabs and Israelis, conducted by Daniel Barenboim.
