IWW Organizer Training 101

The I.W.W. Organizer Training Committee curriculum has been developed over years of organizing during which we have accumulated experiences and developed strategies. These experiences and strategies are the core of our organizer training program and the building blocks of Industrial Workers of the World (I.W.W). Organizers will teach U.S. labor laws and direct action tactics to assert your rights at work with or without union recognition. You deserve Higher Wages, Full No-Cost Insurance, Sick Pay, Paid Holidays, and more. You have the right to organize with your co-workers for what you deserve, free from intimidation or coercion. Join workers from around San Diego, and gain the tools to defend your rights on the job.

Non-members are welcome to attend. However, we would highly encourage you to learn more about the I.W.W. and our current efforts to build a branch in San Diego.
