Join Our Revolution North County San Diego, San Diego Greens and the San Diego Progressive Alliance for a Town Hall discussion as we welcome Gayle McLaughlin, who's running for Lieutenant Governor of California. Gayle's goals are “putting people first, organizing corporate-free local groups throughout the state, and giving the voters the choice of a corporate-free candidate."

Join us This Thursday 7pm @ IBEW Local 569
4545 Viewridge Ave # 100, San Diego, California 92123

Gayle has been a life-long activist and fought Chevron to become Mayor of Richmond. She helped embarrass "Chevron’s political machine so decisively in the 2014 election—despite the company’s more than $3 million campaign spending—that the oil giant has apparently retreated from blatant efforts to control city politics, at least in the immediate future. In the November 2016 city election, the progressives smashed the old guard by a stunning 5–2 margin." (Read more about that here: https://monthlyreview.org/2017/06/01/a-progressive-city-fights-back/).

Come and help us decide if Gayle should receive Our Revolution's endorsement to help lead California.

Gayle is a member of the Richmond City Council and former Mayor of Richmond, who is a leader of the Richmond Progressive Alliance (RPA). The RPA is a model for a grassroots group running corporate free candidates and winning local elections. Gayle is running for Lieutenant Governor in the 2018 election and is helping to build Progressive Alliances all around the State.
