So-called "Quality of Life" charges criminalizing homelessness are heard at San Diego Traffic Court, 8950 Clairemont Mesa Dr., in Department A. Attorney Coleen Cusack will meet everyone outside the courtroom (Dept A). Please arrive before 1pm.

There is a Security Check, including Metal Detector and X-ray Scan. You will need to remove belt to go through. NO weapons.

Let's show the Court, and our fellow San Diegans caught in this Kafkaesque labyrinth, that we do NOT support the criminalization of homelessness!

March 13 at 1:00:
People v. Bolden (encroachment)
People v. Wilson (rubbish rummage)

Questions can be answered BEFORE Court Day, email Coleen Cusack at CCusack.policy@gmail.com.
