This is our historic moment!

Join us on Mon. October 21 at 7-9 pm at the Joyce Beers Community Center
Where were you when the crisis of democracy became so critical that impeachment seemed an imperative? Basta! Let us unite for a new future!

Activist San Diego’s Community Meeting is a Town Hall for all progressives & constituent organizations to strategize on how best to move against a blatant abuser of the public good, who uses racial divisions, threats of violence & disregards constitutional law in order to remain in power. OUR FOCUS: How do we build a United Front to prevent the "New Confederates" from consolidating power and stealing another election?

Impeach yes, but not removal? Some arguments caution that removing Trump after impeachment could bring us to the brink of civil war? Would not a stunning electoral victory do more to undermine the social base of everybody from VP Pence to the corporate 1% to defeat the racist platform from where they draw their power?

OUR CALL TO ACTION & MOBILIZATION
Most importantly we need to gather to strategize, to use this historic, teachable moment to build a progressive movement for democracy, for health care, for immigrant rights, for non-military solutions, for income equity, for housing, for public education & environmental sustainability! Let us come up with a plan of action!
